Now that most offices have temporally and even permanently closed, yoga and mediation via Zoom is one of the best ways for your office to connect and set aside time to recenter and cultivate self care.
Jack is experienced in offering yoga to offices of all shapes and sizes. His unique style it adaptable to those that have done yoga for years and those that have never stepped on the mat before. During your sessions, Jack will seek to build a relationship with your team and customize the experience to meet your specific needs. Some days your might feel like moving in a strong and sweaty way and other days you might just feel like rolling around on the floor and stretching everything out - and Jack will accommodate that.
Jack offers both yoga and meditation classes and uses professional equipment including a wireless microphone and HD 4K camera so that it feels like this is right there with you all. He provides feedback and technical instruction as well as facilities an a virtual space where your office and refocus and recenter in these interesting times that we are all living in.
When our company shifted to WFH due to COVID-19, our weekly corportate yoga classes went on hold. Having personally taken Jack's classes before, when I saw the offering for virtual sessions I reached out right away.
Even through a computer screen, Jack's helful instruction and attention to form and technique is outstanding. My colleagues and I always look forward to disconnecting from work and reconnecting with our practice every week.
